I am looking for a short-term rental for a young man caring for his 6 yr old nephew who is staying a Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital (long term care). It looks like this apartment is about 1 kilometer from the hospital (he has to take the child by taxi). Can you please clarify if this apartment is available from April 1/20 until June 30/20? Also please clarify what the TOTAL monthly rent cost would be (including any utilities). This young man is, for the most part, at the hospital and even stays there many nights, only coming to the apartment occasionally or if the child is discharged from hospital for out-patient treatment. Please help us to find a place that is very low in price. The photos for this studio apartment look nice and clean but it is hard to trust all websites. I am in Canada making the arrangements and payment on their behalf. Thank you so very much. Maggie Vida Canada
