All rooms are equipped with air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, cable TV, hot shower, wireless internet. Coin operated laundry machines provide on the 1st floor.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms and pets are not allowed.

Convenient location near Rajabhat University and Thanin Market. Safe with key card access for both the entrance to the building and motorcycle parking.

Rental included water supply and cable TV. Extra charge is electricity which charge 5 baht per unit of usage. Please noted that we have cleaning fee when move out 300 baht. Move in cost require one month rent and one month deposit. One to month contract is acceptable.
