P&R Residence

P&R Residence is now available to for daily and monthly rental. We are located inside Charoenkrung 30 [ Siphaya pier ]. We are next to Royal Orchid Sheraton hotel, Portuguese Embassy and Warehouse 30.

Guest can make use of river transport to commute along Chaophraya river or to cross to ICON SIAM.

P&R Residence is suitable for professional working in Silom , Bangrak or Siphaya area who looks for accommodation in same area.

We have 2 type of rooms, superior room and deluxe room. Superior room is 18 Sqm and equipped with queen size bed. Deluxe room is 22 sqm and equip with king size bed. All room can occupied 2 person maximum. Cooking are not allow inside the room.
