Boonchai Apartment

Release a room at Boonchai Apartment (room 822, 8th floor) the reason is the owner have just got a new job far away from this room. I have to look for a new room closer, but I have just rent this room for around 2 months, and I paid 8000 baht for warrantee.

If the new owner would like to stay instead of me, I'd like to get 8000 baht warrantee back but you don't need to pay for advance. You can get your 8000 back from the apartment if you stay until may, 2018.
The room rental price is 3800 per month.
Electricity is 7 baht per unit.
Water supply is 18 baht per unit.

This room has air-conditioner. The owner often open the air-conditioner, nerver save water, and my mother usually cook with electric pan. The last bill includes water supply, electricity and rental room payment is not over 4600 bath.
