This whole house got 2 bds( big bedroom got AC), 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 toilets+warm water shower, big deck at the back , 1 shade at the front for enjoying sunset at PP island, boat parking area, deck BBQ area and 2000 l water tanks. It is quiet place because it is the last house on the end side of the village. It then becomes the heaven for the retired people who want to relaxing, fishing, swimming, enjoying the sea and sunset at the back of PP iland (>180 degree) or not do too much things during the day. Moreover:
- 5-10 miniutes walk to restaurant, supermarket , hospital, police stn, fresh market, sea port
- when tide is low you can walk on the beach to little island,800 meters from the house for morning or evening walk. During Oct-April water is very clear and the beach is clean for sunbathing. Internet and swimming pool is just next door(belong to the guesthouse, opposite to the house). The rent per year is 240,000 baht which is about 20,000 baht a month.
