V.S. Apartment Rate and Terms of Rental
Monthly Rental (requires minimum stay of at least 3 months)
Rate:
Rent for A/C Rooms = 3,500-3,600 baht / month
Rent Without A/C = 3,100 baht / month
Rent for A/C V.I.P.Rooms = 5,500-6,000 baht / month
Utilities:
Water = 200 baht / month
Electricity = 8.0 baht / unit
Internet = 300 baht / month/PC
One room can stay only two persons.
Schedule:
If rent start date is any time during 1st - 15th of the month, rent for the full month will have to be paid.
If rent start date is any time during 16th - 31st of the month, rent for half the month will be paid. Advance and Deposit:
Payment of one month rent must be made in advance in each case, plus:
a. 4,000 baht damage guarantee deposit for A/C Rooms and Without A/C Rooms or 6,000 baht damage guarantee deposit for V.I.P.Rooms and,
b. Key card guarantee deposit of 200 baht / card
Rent Due Date Penalty:
Rent will be paid in full no later than the 5th of each month There will be a penalty of 50 baht / day for each day rent is overdue Refund
Conditions: Guarantee deposit will not be refunded if stay is less than 3 months
Daily Rental A/C Room = 400 baht / night
