Details of all expenses are as follows.

Entry cost, room 24 sq m, promotional price now, room price 2,800 baht throughout the lease term

3. Door insurance fee 3,000 baht
4. Key fee 250 baht (sold out)
5. Common fee 300 baht (paid every month)
Total 9,150 baht.
Refund is a check of the name of the owner of the contract item 2 and 3 in the amount of 5,800 baht.
When notifying to move out correctly according to the rules within the 1-5th day of the month that will be released.

- Water cost - Electricity cost according to the organization But there is a service fee for writing + meter maintenance.
Total water bill will be 21 baht/unit, electricity bill will be 11 baht/unit.
