The flat is near Chaengwattana Government Complex, IT Square shopping mall, and Chulabhorn Hospital. It is perfect for attendees of various government services and functions (e.g., visa applications) in the Complex and overnight visitors of hospital patients. In your travels from the flat to either the hospital or the Government Complex, you will not encounter the infamous Chaengwattana Road traffic at all.

Traveling

You may reach the street entrance to the flat via bus number 29, 510, 52, 59 (sometimes, be sure to ask the ticket collector). For 29 and 510, you will need to walk up Chaengwattana Road for around 5 minutes to reach the Chaengwattana 5 street entrance. Once there, there will be a motorcycle taxi stand. Tell them to go to "building number 10". The motorcycle taxis are the most convenient method of transportation in, out, and within the community. Very cheap fares (around 10-20 Baht per trip, depending on the exact distance). Alternatively, there is free parking.

Within the community

Within the community, there is a massive variety of convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and food shops. There is no gym, but there is a small/med-sized community park with some exercise equipment.
